- How you really know more about your child than you might think.
- Where your child is at in their communication learning, and how you can work together to help them develop good skills and habits. (And it’s amazing how much we learn by teaching!)
- The fundamentals of communication; what it is, why we do it, and how we can manage it to better effect.
- The universal rules that apply to all communication.
- Understanding conflict, and how to turn any conflict into a positive experience for you and your little one.
- Practical listening skills, which are the engine for all communication and especially important when dealing with your rapidly-evolving youngster.
- The 5 Minute Solution; how you can manage any inter-personal conflict in five minutes or less. (You might already do this without knowing it, or realizing how powerful it can be!)
- Real-world communication issues brought forward by you, your children, your learning cohort and their children.
Terrible Twos to Best-Behaved is designed to fit with your busy and unpredictable parenting schedule, allowing for exceptional flexibility. The course runs over six weeks.
